Cash on delivery is available in some areas only. If it is offered for your order, the option appears at checkout. Have the right amount ready if you can.

Delivery PIN
What is the delivery PIN?+
Every order has a delivery PIN shown in the app. Give the PIN to the rider only when you have your order in your hands. Do not share it before then.

Open the order in your orders list and tell us which item is missing. We will check with the store and put it right as soon as we can.

Open the order in your orders list and tell us what is damaged. A photo helps us. We will look into it and offer a refund or a replacement where we can.

How do I cancel an order?+
Open the order in your orders list and choose to cancel it. You can only cancel while the order is still open. Once it is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
